1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk65.vip ("pk65", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the pk65 website, mobile interface, software, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are effective as of the date displayed above and supersede all prior versions.

pk65 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the pk65 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which pk65 has expressly excluded players from registering.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion or any other restriction imposed by pk65 or a recognised gambling authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or for any commercial purpose.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

pk65 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by persons who do not meet these eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any winnings may be forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the pk65 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts and potential forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if it changes. pk65 requires completion of Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification, which includes submission of a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), before processing withdrawals above the threshold specified in our cashier guidelines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk65 login credentials. pk65 will never ask for your password. You must notify pk65 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pk65 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

pk65 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification for withdrawals exceeding Rs 10,000.
• You may only withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• pk65 processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within a standard processing period of up to 24 hours from approval. Bank transfer timelines may vary.
• pk65 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited on the Platform must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent abuse of the deposit process.

pk65 does not accept deposits from sources that are not your own legally owned funds. The use of stolen, borrowed, or otherwise fraudulently obtained funds is prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the pk65 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are available within each game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule prevails.

pk65 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A technical error has resulted in an incorrect price, line, or market being offered.
• There is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of a sporting event.
• A bet has been placed after the real-world outcome of the event was known ("past-posting").
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Casino game outcomes at pk65 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories. pk65 does not manipulate casino game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session results.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Terms

pk65 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms displayed at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms form part of these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all pk65 promotions:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• pk65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system, including through multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies, will have their bonus forfeited and their accounts reviewed.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on restricted game categories will not contribute to wagering requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk65 Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using false information.
• Using automated software, bots, AI tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Reverse engineering, copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the pk65 Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from pk65.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk65 staff or other users.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk65 Platform, including but not limited to text, images, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, and user interface design, is the property of pk65 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written authorisation from pk65.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk65 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pk65 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

pk65 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pk65 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall pk65's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk65 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk65 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform includes the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a waiting period.
• Session Timers: Receive automatic notifications after defined periods of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which your account login is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your pk65 account for a minimum period of six months. This cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

If you believe your gambling has become a problem, please use the self-exclusion tool immediately and contact pk65 support. Gambling should be entertaining. It is not a method of generating income and should never be pursued as such. Gambling with money you cannot afford to lose is strongly discouraged. Must be 18+ to use any pk65 service.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

pk65 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pk65 determines in its reasonable judgment that these Terms have been violated, that the account poses a risk of fraud or financial crime, or that continued operation of the account would expose pk65 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk. In such cases, funds standing to the credit of the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where violations are confirmed.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting pk65 support. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations owed to pk65 arising prior to the closure date, including outstanding verification requirements or pending withdrawal processing.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk65 Platform shall first be referred to pk65 customer support for resolution. pk65 aims to resolve all genuine player complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal dispute resolution procedures, further steps may be taken in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

13. Changes to These Terms

pk65 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk65 will provide notice via the Platform interface or by email to registered account holders. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the pk65 Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
